At Dolphin Home Cleaning, we handle all cleaning services directly—no third parties involved. This means when you book a service, you’re entering into a direct agreement with us for the cleaning services (“Cleaning Agreement”).
Agreement Terms
Using our Website is governed by the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

- “Booking”: A request made by you through the Website for Services.
- “Booking System”: The online mechanism allowing you to make a Booking.

- “Payment Amount”: The total sum due for the Services as specified in your Booking.

Acceptance
To use our Website and make a Booking, you must:
- Create a User Profile.
- Agree to these Terms through the Website.
You must be of legal age and eligible to enter into contracts. Accepting these Terms confirms that you have understood and agree to them without any unfair conditions.
Booking System
To book a service, log into your User Profile and use the Booking System. Bookings must be for a minimum of two (2) hours. After you submit your Booking, Dolphin Home Cleaning will match your request with available cleaners. While you can indicate your preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific cleaner.
Payment
Your payment details will be processed securely. The Payment Amount will be automatically debited after the Service is completed. Ensure sufficient funds are available, as any issues reported outside a 24-hour window will result in full charges being applied.
Changes and Cancellations
You can cancel or modify a Booking at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled Service. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees. No changes can be made once the Service has begun.
User Profile
You’ll need to provide personal details, such as your name, address, phone number, and payment information to create a User Profile. You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must notify us immediately of any security breaches.
Domestic Services
Dolphin Home Cleaning acts as the facilitator for Service bookings but is not responsible for the actual cleaning provided by the cleaner.
Ratings
You may leave ratings for the Services received. Ratings should be factual and objective. We reserve the right to use, modify, or remove ratings at our discretion.
Termination
Dolphin Home Cleaning can terminate your access to the Website at any time. You can also deactivate your account by contacting us. Any outstanding fees will be deducted before account termination.
Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve disputes fairly. Issues related to Services will be handled through external dispute resolution services if necessary.
Security of Payment
We use secure systems to process payments and protect your information. Dolphin Home Cleaning is not liable for unauthorized access to your data.
Privacy
We collect and store personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your details will be shared with cleaners as needed to provide the Services.
Intellectual Property
